Privacy Notice

NeuroKnowHow (NKH) needs to hold information about you, so that NKH can support you. NKH cannot carry out their role without access to the following confidential records:

Any personal information that you give to us will be processed in accordance with the UK Data protection Act 1998, the GDPR and NKH’s Privacy Policy. Data will be stored securely, no longer than necessary and solely for the completion of your support.NKH will use your personal information to:

Provide you with any services appropriate to 1-1 Specialist Study Skills and/or Assistive Technology support.
To enable NKH to compile statistics, but you will not be identified as an individual

YES I agree that NKH and my HEI may exchange information about my 1-1 support (including Individual Learning Plans, session logs and feedback) where this is necessary to get the help I need, to track progress and for Quality Assurance.
