Nilsa Abdula (she/her) is a BA (Hons) Psychologist and MA Occupational & Organisational Psychologist who has supported neurodivergent students in higher education since 2019. She uses a person-centred approach and strong organisational skills to help students develop essential abilities for achieving a healthy study–life balance.
Nilsa has worked with students both face-to-face and online, supporting individuals with a range of diagnoses, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, anxiety, and depression. Her background in psychology has deepened her understanding of human behaviour, including her own personal experiences as a daughter, mother – and, ultimately, a human being.
She enjoys using art and music as forms of expression and mindfulness.
