If you are funded by Student Finance England (SFE): You must give 24 hours notice in order to cancel a session (excluding weekends and bank holidays) You must provide a reason for a late cancellation Your DSA may be suspended by SFE if you repeatedly cancel your sessions late. If you cancel late more than 2 times a term*, SFE will write to you.*term 1 is Sept-Dec, term 2 is Jan-April, term 3 is May-Aug Sessions will take place at the agreed date and time. If changes are requested they must be agreed by both parties. It is important that you keep us informed of any changes in your status at University as this may affect your funding. Please note that if for any reason funding is withdrawn or used up with other suppliers, you may be invoiced personally for any outstanding invoices.Session Verification Process At the end of your session, you will be asked to sign off a document summarising the session which will be sent to your funding body with the invoice. By signing it you are giving your consent to share it with your funding body.
