Nilsa Abdula

Nilsa Abdula (she/her), is a BA Hons Psychologist and MA Occupational & Organisational Psychologist who has supported neurodivergent students in higher education since 2019. She uses a person centred approach, and organisational skills to help students develop essential skills needed for a study – life balance.

Nilsa has worked with students face-to-face and online, supporting students with different diagnoses, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, anxiety and depression. Her background in Psychology has helped her to better understand human behaviour including her own personal struggles as a daughter, mother… human being in general.

She loves using art and music as a form of expression and mindfulness.
