Autistic Spectrum (AS) mentoring is delivered by specialists trained in mentoring autistic adults who meet the standards of the National Autistic Society.
Mentoring sessions incorporate specifically tailored, one-to-one support aimed at helping clients address the barriers to learning attributed to having a brain that processes information differently. The support could address a range of issues, for example;
- coping with anxiety and stressful situations
- how to deal with concentration difficulties
- time management
- exploring strategies to deal with change and transition.
- exploring strategies to deal with challenges in social and personal interactions.

- prioritising workload
- creating a suitable work-life balance
