ADHD Coaching

Coaching assists clients to stay focused on their goals, face
obstacles, address core ADHD related issues like time management,
organization and self-esteem, gain clarity and function more effectively.

Our coach Joseph Aquilina provides encouragement, recommendations, feedback and
practical techniques such as memory strategies, study skills, calendar
monitoring, mindfulness and assistive technology.

Regular sessions work best and should be booked in advance. Because the
needs of each client are different, our coach and client will determine together
the duration and frequency of sessions in the initial meeting.

We offer the following:
A free telephone chat to see if we are right for you (15 mins)
Session 1: to assess, set goals and plan future sessions
Following sessions are usually booked in blocks of regular 60 minute sessions
and are via Google meet or another agreed remote platform.

Funding:
We offer coaching to individuals on a private basis or for those in receipt of Access to Work funding*.

Please contact us to book, mentioning if you will be funding the sessions privately, through your organisation or via the Access to work scheme so we can give you the correct quote.

* for Access to Work funding, please note that payment for your booked in sessions is in advance (from you or your employer) by bank transfer. In turn, you need to make a monthly claim to Access to Work.
