AD(H)D coaching
Coaching assists those with a diagnosis of AD(H)D to stay focused on their goals, face obstacles, address core AD(H)D-related issues like time management, organization, and self-esteem, gain clarity and function more effectively.
Our coach provides encouragement, recommendations, feedback, and practical techniques such as memory strategies, study skills, calendar monitoring, mindfulness and assistive technology
